Wonderful that stagecraft has been recognized – would like to hear a bit about that on the show. ALSO – the costumes..could do a whole show on how they are created!

I think it’s more surprising as to who didn’t win an Emmy – namely, any of the choreographers. It’s the first time since Season 1 that the show did not win at least one Emmy for choreography. (The only Emmy for choreography this year went to Joshua Bergasse for his work on “Smash”.)

SYTYCD’s fantastic lighting has FINALLY been recognized! Way to go!!!! And the costumes have improved dramatically since the first two years where they were so bad sometimes that the judges had to comment on them so the dancers wouldn’t be voted against because their ridiculous costumes. But back to the lighting: AMAZING work. I don’t know how they know how to do all that!!
