National Dance Day is rapidly approaching, and So You Think You Can Dance’s Hip Hop choreographers, Napoleon and Tabitha D’umo, have created a short Dizzy Feet Foundation dance routine for the July 31^st dance day. Nigel Lythgoe, via Twitter, encourages you to learn it and pass it on.

This routine is Fun! I live in Prosser, Washington State, my Zumba group is using this routine for warm-up and then we will be doing a full out Zumba class. We will be starting this at 7:00 PM till 8:30 PM. This will be fun!!!!!!!!!!

Happy NDD all. Today is my Daughter’s 11th Birthday, she is celebrating at her Gymnastics studio. I just learned the dance and will be teaching it to her friends at the party! Might even video it! Thanks for the choreography- next time post the name of the song too please!

Our studio, Bonnie Siscoe School of Dance, is in Friendswood Texas and 15 of our girls got together in the evenings, learned the dance, added their own flair and then “flash mobbed” it at Space Center Houston, the space center associated with NASA. The girls had such a great time learning the dance and then performing it for some surprised guests. They plan to continue having flash mobs into the fall because it was so much fun. Thanks for the cute dance!

My studio Ive been going to for 8 years had a national dance day of our own… we all got together teachers and students and even parents got out on the dance floor and learned the dance….it was sooo much fun thanks Nappy Tabs!!!

XBox 360 is coming out with Konnex your body is the controller.

A program is called Dance Central.

My question is will you have a program that will teach me some of your moves? I also watch Rock the Reception and have it on my computer through You Tube.

If and when I get married down in the Big Easy my hometown Holla to Ellen!! Will you help me?
